Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks, including journal entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Handle payroll processing, vendor payments, and invoicing through QuickBooks.
  • Assist in preparing and filing U.S. tax returns (Federal & State – corporate, partnership, and individual as applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and U.S. tax laws.
  • Collaborate with external CPAs/auditors for tax filings, audits, and financial reviews.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to provide management insights.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all accounting tasks.
  • Stay updated on U.S. tax law changes and best accounting practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting with focus on U.S. taxation.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations.
  • Experience in preparing and filing 1040, 1120, 1065, and other U.S. tax forms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work with U.S. clients/stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
