Job Responsibilities

A. Sourcing of Quartz

1. Develop the sources of high purity Quartz raw material in India.
   
2. Develop target plans for quartz ore sourcing and batch procurement & inventory set-up, and carry out quartz ore sourcing and batch procurement according to the plan to ensure that the beneficiation and production of quartz ore by employer company are carried out in an orderly manner according to established goals.
   
3. Seek Hengxins purchasing priority from the qualified Quartz mines and assist Quality Assurance Engineer to meet the target of quality and quantity.
   
4. Establish a daily record for ore sourcing and procurement management.
   
5. Key supplier management.
   
6. Collect and provide feedback on the export of quartz ore from various suppliers in the Indian region to China, and understand the procurement of quartz ore from competitors in the Indian region.
   
7. Collect information on the market and mining & export policy.
   

B. Cost Control & Improvement

1. Ensure the competitive cost by price negotiation, multi-supplier strategy and cost transparency.
   
2. Risk prevention actions against payment fraud, e.g. no shipment after advance payment is received, or payment based on the shipping documents of fake B/L without actual shipments.
   

C. Continuous Availability of Strategic High-Quality Quartz Raw Material

1. Implement quality inspection and loading survey on-site of mine, plant and port.
   
2. Monitor supplier to execute purchase order process in an efficient and accurate way.
   
3. Sample courier arrangement and coordination.
   
4. Communicate and seek the best solution from suppliers in case of unqualified shipments.
   

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, English as working language, logic thinking and business negotiation skills.
   

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing Quartz,

3. Healthy and able to adapt to harsh working conditions in the wild.
   
4. Mieral processing experience or related professional work experience.
