Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Vellore. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs from inception to completion to ensure value for money. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), managing cost planning and cost control, conducting cost reporting, and closely monitoring project expenditures. The role involves providing accurate and detailed estimates to ensure projects stay within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost management, cost control, and cost planning
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
• Ability to conduct detailed and accurate cost reporting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and best practices
• Relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or construction
