Quantity Surveyor

Integra Global Solutions is an industry-leading firm dedicated to delivering outstanding projects on time and within budget. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our team as Trainee/Quantity Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Takeoff: Use takeoff software to perform accurate quantity measurements for various construction projects.

Documentation Review: Examine project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure comprehensive takeoffs.

Data Management: Maintain organized records of quantities and relevant project data for reporting and analysis.

Collaboration: Work closely with estimators, quality controllers & project manager to clarify project requirements and specifications.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on measured quantities and any discrepancies found during takeoff.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all takeoffs are completed accurately and adhere to project timelines and standards.

Relationship: Develop good relationship with international clients.

Qualifications

· Bachelor/Diploma in Civil Engineering

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficiency in takeoff software (e.g., Onscreen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar).

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in mathematical knowledge, especially with dimensional formulas.

· Need the capability to read plans with high precision and attention to detail.
