Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Zaheerabad and Orvakalu. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing project budgets, and monitoring costs throughout all phases of the construction project. The role involves regular cost reporting, assisting in cost planning, and ensuring cost control measures are adhered to. The Quantity Surveyor will coordinate with project teams to evaluate project progress and address any financial adjustments required.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and executing project budget plans
• Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to construction project costs
• Attention to detail and proficiency with relevant software tools, such as MS Excel and project management software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant academic qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in construction site-based roles is advantageous
• Diploma in Civil / BE/B.Tech - Civil Mandatory
