Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Quantity Take-Off (Interior Fit-Out Projects)

Location: Infopark Thrissur, Koratty

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in quantity take-off for interior fit-out projects. The role is focused on accurate measurement, quantity extraction, and documentation support for tendering & project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Quantity Take-Off & Measurement

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architecturaland fitout for interior fit-out works
• Extract quantities for finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and related fit-out elements
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to ensure complete and accurate measurement
• Update quantity take-offs in line with drawing revisions and design changes

Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare and maintain quantity schedules and measurement records
• Coordinate with design, drafting, and project teams to clarify scope and drawings
• Ensure all quantities are properly classified and organized for downstream use

Software & Tools

• Utilize take-off software tools efficiently for measurement and quantity extraction
• Maintain organized digital take-off files and measurement databases
• Use Microsoft Excel to compile, track, and report quantities

Leadership & Quality Control (Senior Role)

• Review and verify quantity take-offs prepared by junior team members
• Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors on measurement standards and best practices
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company measurement procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Opening 1 No

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, focused on quantity take-off
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and drawing interpretation

Junior Quantity Surveyor - Openings 3 No

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects

Software & Technical Skills
Mandatory (Senior Level)

• Proficiency in quantity take-off software tools (e.g., PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory for all levels)

Preferred (Junior Level)

• Exposure to take-off software tools
• Working knowledge of Excel for quantity tracking

Job Type: Full-time
