About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and quantity take-offs for industrial, warehouse, and infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate project costing, profitability, and competitive bidding. Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs. Conduct quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and specifications. Prepare and submit tender bids in coordination with design, procurement, and project management teams. Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Evaluate project costs, materials, labor, and equipment to ensure competitive pricing. Assist in value engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and control project costs during execution, including variations, claims, and payment applications. Maintain up-to-date cost databases and estimation tools. Prepare post-contract documentation and reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or related field. 3–8 years of experience as a Tender Estimator / Quantity Surveyor in construction or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of Excel-based estimation tools and other related softwares.
