Job Description

Prepare tender and contract documents,including billsof quantities with the Architect / or the client .#Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenancae Project work.#Assist in establishing clients requirements and undertake feasibility studies. #Perform risk, value managements and cost of control. #Advise on procurement strategy, identify ,analyze and develop responses to commercial risks. #Prepare and analyze costings for tenders. #Allocate work to subcontractors. #Pr0vide advise on contractual claims. #Analyze outcomesand write detailed progress reports. #Value completed work and arrange payments. # Maintain awareness of the different building contract in current use. #Understand the implications of health and safety regulations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Miyapur, , Hyderabad - 500050, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
