Job Description

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Department: Construction (Hydro Electric Power Plant)
Location: Mankulam, Kerala
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-off.
Estimating quantities and costs for civil and structural works.
Preparing rate analysis, cost estimation, and budgets.
Monitoring project cost and preparing cost reports.
Coordination with site engineers, contractors, and procurement team.
Verification of contractor bills and measurements.
Maintaining documentation and drawings related to quantity calculations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 04 years of experience in quantity surveying / estimation.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and drawings.
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Good analytical and measurement skills.
Ability to prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
Strong communication & coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
