1. Possessing deep knowledge of Rebar & structural steel quantity take off.
2. Analyzing various civil drawings to prepare all civil quantity effectively preparation of BBS.
3. Co-ordination with Project Site Team and GAEP QS Team in prioritizing measurement works.
4. Sanity QA & QC check of the BOQs & MTOs and deliver in time to the Site Team
5. Assist in preparation of client invoices, variation, and star rates.
6. Assist in Progress Measurement, Variation, Star Rate Analysis & Invoicing
1. Hands on experience in measurement of works like BBS, Structural Steel.
2. Planning & Scheduling of QS works.
3. Good oral and written communication
4. Presentation Skills
5. Well versed with MS office.
6. Working knowledge in AutoCAD.
