Job Description

Role & responsibilities Prepare of MTOs and BOQs for Civil, Buildings and Structural Steel works with respect to SMMs & Project DM Prepare of BBS Assist in Estimation works during bidding stage Assist in Rate Analysis of Construction works Assist in remeasurement of works and identifying new, additional or extra works and prepare Star Rates Assist in preparation of progress claim invoices Upload the daily progress in in-house software application TrooNote Should be able understand the QS requirements Co-ordination with Project Site Team and GAEP QS Team in prioritizing measurement works. Planning & scheduling of QS activities and delegation of work GAEP QS team Sanity QA & QC check of the BOQs & MTOs and deliver in time to the Site Team Assist in preparation of client invoices, variation and star rates Interact with Main Contractor on BOQs, Progress Measurement, Variation & Invoicing Keep tab on the agreed resources, timeline and produce work accomplishment reports. Preferred candidate profile Hands on experience in measurement work Working experience in MS Excel Good oral and written communication Basic knowledge in AutoCAD to measure. Hands on experience in measurement of works Planning & Scheduling of QS works Good oral and written communication Presentation Skills Well versed with MS office Working knowledge in AutoCAD will be preferable
