Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor who possesses a strong understanding of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) requirements and is fluent in MS Office, particularly Excel. The ideal candidate will also have substantial knowledge of AutoCAD and a keen eye for detail in evaluating completed work and managing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret BOQ requirements accurately.
• Utilise MS Office, especially Excel to manage and analyse data effectively.
• Apply Auto CAD knowledge to assist with design and construction documentation.
• Evaluate completed work and manage payment processes for clients and subcontractors.
• Assist in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
• Track and manage changes to design and construction work throughout project life cycle.
• Handle client and subcontractor billing with precision and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Auto CAD and its application in construction projects.
• Experience in evaluating work, managing payments, and handling billing.
• Ability to assist with client requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and tracking skills.
• Driving Licence(Mandatory)
