Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports.
• Measure and value work done on-site.
• Negotiate contracts and work with contractors and suppliers.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Advise on procurement strategy.
• Ensure that all legal and quality standards are met.
• Resolve disputes and ensure value for money at all project stages.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Working Conditions:

• Office and on-site working as required.
• Occasional travel may be needed depending on project location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
