We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction/interior projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, materials, and labor costs to support budgeting, tendering, and project planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates from drawings and BOQs

* Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

* Estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs

* Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

* Assist in tendering, bidding, and pricing activities

* Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and suppliers

* Compare vendor quotations and recommend cost-effective options

* Track cost variations and support budget control during execution

* Maintain estimation records, rate analysis, and cost databases

* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

* Support project planning and scheduling with cost inputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

* 0–5 years of experience in estimation & costing (construction/interiors)

* Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (preferred)

* Understanding of construction materials, specifications, and methods

* Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
