Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a

  Tier-1 college

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages) with excellent coding and debugging skills
• Experience with Big Data and Relational Database Management Systems
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, problem-solving, architecture, and design patterns
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to work effectively in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with focus, discipline, and minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial markets
