The primary responsibility is to work with Senior Account Director to serve as a liaison between Hansa and its clients, with responsibility for team revenue, along with appropriate high levels of service to Clients. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Project Management: o Leading all responsibilities on project execution. o Forming complete understanding of clients research problem. o Developing/ localizing research instruments like screener, discussion guide, research stimulus materials, secondary market information to support project objective. o Leading briefing and training of data collection teams o Conducting In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies etc. o Micro-level monitoring project of data collection and ensuing quality controls on the project. o Identify issues and provide timely actionable solution to data collection team. o Qualitative Data Analysis and Reporting insights to client. - Client Servicing: o Swift in managing all communication with client o Working closely with client during all aspect of project life cycle o Providing relevant market information to client to make them comfortable with understanding of local markets o Proactive in discussing issues and providing actionable solutions o Attending client during field visits and ensuring all aspects of client visit run smoothly - Active team player and of supporting character - Proficient in working on Microsoft Office Suites - Excellent communication skills, written and spoken - Good Inter-team management skills - Excellent at deriving qualitative insights and smart at constructing research report and presenting to clients. - Willing to work under pressure - Open to travel across India for project management and client visits - Exposure to servicing international clients would be preferred Willingness to: - Work odd-hours or over weekends on few occasions - Understand and blend with the company culture.
