Quality Team Leader

As a Quality Team Leader at a leading BPO in Bangalore, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality processes in the International Voice Process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the operations. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience as a Team Leader in Quality with a strong background in Quality methodologies. Your expertise in Quality, especially in areas like training, data perspective, and soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, and team building, will be crucial for success. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deliverable timelines is essential. A self-starter attitude, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work well under pressure will be key attributes that you bring to the table. With a total of 4 years of experience, including at least 1 year as a Supervisor in Quality, you will be well-versed in Quality metrics like FMEA and CSAT. Your attention to detail, sense of professionalism, and knack for building strong relationships will set you apart in this role.
