Quality Supervisor

As a Mechanical Quality Control Engineer at our company, your role involves maintaining and enhancing various quality control processes in a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include: - Maintaining & enhancing MSA, APPAP, PFMEA & CONTROL PLAN. - Implementing SOP, HEP, KAIZEN, OPL, PFD, Skill matrix, Demerit score, Co- relation study, Shelf-life monitoring, MYB, LM adherence, Root cause analysis with the help of pareto chart. - Understanding customer needs and developing effective quality control processes. - Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes. - Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance. - Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations. - Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and feedback. - Overseeing all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - ITI/B.TECH/DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision manufacturing or textiles. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as a part of our team, you will need to demonstrate the following: - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes, quality control tools, and statistical analysis. - Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. - Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and precision in quality control processes. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and reports to detect patterns and areas for improvement. - Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to present quality findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
