Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate, and support
internal audits
,
process audits
, and
layered process audits
to ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2015 and other applicable standards.
Coordinate and prepare for
external audits
by certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor and ensure the
maintenance of certifications
(IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Drive
corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA) and follow-up on audit findings until closure.
Develop and maintain QMS documentation, including
quality manuals
,
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
,
process flow charts
, and
control plans
.
Support cross-functional teams in
APQP
,
PPAP
submissions, and
customer-specific requirements
.
Lead or assist in
Management Review Meetings
, tracking quality KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with
environmental and safety management systems
and regulatory requirements.
Provide
training and awareness sessions
to teams on QMS standards and updates.
Drive
root cause analysis
and structured problem solving (e.g., 5Why, Fishbone, 8D) in case of quality issues.
Liaise with customers and suppliers for QMS-related queries and audit preparations.

Requirements:

Experience: Min.6 years
Education: min. Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
IATF 16949:2015
,
ISO 14001
, and
ISO 45001
standards.
Experience in conducting and facing audits
internal, external, customer, and third-party
.
Proficiency in preparing
PPAP documentation
and handling
APQP phases
.
Familiarity with quality tools:
FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, 8D, 5Why
, etc.
