Job Descriptions (Roles & Responsibility):
- Experience in Automobile Aesthetic and Electronics Products like Infotainment, Displays, Clusters, RADAR, RKE
- Ability to solve issue related to assembly process
- Ability to solve issue related to EOL Failures products.
- Clear understanding Production Process, Process Quality activities including trouble shooting
- Analyzing and testing complaints (CLR and field), and failed/rejected parts, as well as introducing further investigations and monitoring the corrective actions in coordination/ cooperation with the product customer quality employee, and internal factory production planning; documenting the results and informing the departments involved
- Review and approve all Quality planning documentation (FMEA, CTQs, SW QA Plan etc.) for new model programs in support of program milestones
- Perform audits & assessments in order to: a) assess the existing capability and process compliance, b) confirm integrity of overall systems and processes IATF 16949 requirements c) assess readiness for launch including safe launch activities
- Actively participate in development and quality reviews, including feedback from customer / system testing teams, to develop and drive quality improvement roadmaps
- Take initiative to identify, design, implement and administer processes or process improvements in order to improve the consistency of Quality activities internally, meeting customer requirements.
- Release production lots based on the analysis results and a short risk assessment, otherwise address more detailed examination
- Monitoring and analyzing the quality of material, products, and operating equipment by means of checks, determining causes of faults where necessary and initiating corrective action
- Evaluate and release suspect parts, sub-assemblies, processes and devices as well as alternative production processes "Handling of Non-conforming parts" in cooperation with Production
- Evaluating the proof kept in production, such as collective fault sheets, X/R cards, SPC, proof of ability etc. and introducing initial measures if there are any deviations or tendencies, in agreement with production planning (sorting, additional tests, etc.)
- Anticipate potential problems, plan appropriate resolutions, and take early corrective action before problems happen; authority to engage entire organization to address issues and restore
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members in series production, agreement with Test Lab & QAD
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes.
