Job Description: 1. Online Job Checking: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, conduct in-line quality checks during production and take corrective actions if deviations are observed. 2. Finish Product Analysis: Perform physical, visual, and functional testing of finished products to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. 3. Raw Material Analysis: Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet required specifications before use in production, Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and report any non-conformance. 4. Packing Product Analysis: Verify the quality and suitability of packing materials and finished packed goods, ensure that packaging aligns with customer requirements and legal standards. 5. Conduct quality checks on all incoming materials, including raw materials, packing materials, and other supplies. 6. Document findings and ensure traceability is in place. 8. Ensure the Productions processes and products comply with relevant quality, safety, and legal standards. 9. Prepare and submit detailed audit findings, and corrective action plans to management. 10. Generate and maintain necessary reports (ex. COA report) as per customer requirements. 11. Investigate customer complaints regarding product quality, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues. 12. Communicate resolutions effectively to customers and ensure continuous improvement. 13. Oversee hygiene practices across factory premises, ensuring compliance with BRC, FSC, and food- grade manufacturing standards. 14. Conduct regular hygiene audits and implement corrective measures when necessary. 15. Work closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to improve overall product quality. 16. Train employees on quality standards, hygiene protocols, and best practices to ensure awareness and adherence. 17. Identify areas for improvement in production and quality assurance processes.
