Location: Gurugram, Haryana Company: Astrent Sons Collective LLP Industry: Food Processing (Fruits and Vegetables) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years Gender: Female only Salary: Based on qualification and experience Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to oversee the quality control process in our fruit and vegetable dehydration plant . The ideal candidate should have a background in Food Technology, Agriculture, or Horticulture , with practical knowledge of post-harvest handling , sorting , and drying process quality standards . Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-processing quality checks of fruits and vegetables for ripeness, spoilage, and pesticide residues Monitor sorting, scanning , and grading of raw material for dehydration Ensure quality parameters are maintained during tray drying or dehydration processes Maintain batch-wise quality reports , moisture logs, and deviation records Implement and monitor FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP , and other quality protocols Assist in developing SOPs and hygiene standards across production lines Coordinate with procurement and production teams for raw material standards Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for regulatory inspections Train junior staff and workers on quality and food safety best practices Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification (any one): B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Agriculture, or Horticulture B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or Agricultural Engineering Diploma in Post-Harvest Technology / Fruit and Vegetable Processing Candidates with certifications in HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSAI preferred Desired Experience: 1–3 years in food processing / dehydration / quality assurance roles Fresh graduates with internships or project work in fruit/vegetable handling are welcome Key Skills Required: Understanding of fruit and vegetable quality parameters Familiarity with drying techniques , especially tray drying Basic knowledge of microbial limits and food safety standards Report writing and record-keeping skills Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.) Benefits: Opportunity to work in a fast-growing export-oriented food processing company Exposure to international quality standards Skill development and training support in quality assurance and food safety How to Apply: Send your updated CV with subject line "Application for Quality Officer – Fruits & Vegetables" to: email: astrentsons@gmail.com call: +91 92180 12612 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
