Quality Manager

Experience in Quality Assurance department with experience of Assembly, Machining, special process (Painting, Plasma Nitriding, Induction Hardening).

• Analyze customer warranty claim (0km & On Field) for responsibility, reason, cost, and resolution.
• Communicate acceptance and refusal of warranty claims, As required communicate G8D to customer.
• Detailed Analyze for Field failure with CFT members and share the findings to customer
• CAPA monitoring and continuous improvement in machining, assembly, and special process.
• Attend Monthly corporate warranty meeting and develop warranty presentation
• Prepare and publish monthly warranty report by customer, Customer Score card, pareto analysis and claim trends.
• Do Quality Audit for Product and Process Qualification.
• Ensure customer specific requirements
• Verify and validate SOP, First part check list, Station Audit report, Product Audit report, and Layout inspection.
• Develop Quality Assurance standards and SOP
• Reduce cost of non-quality by analyzing and improving the process.
• Coordinate Customer Audits and follow up action plans.
• Knowledge in PPAP and APQP documentation. Submit PPAP to customer.
• Quality assurance Knowledge in Machine shop, assembly, special process (paint shop, Nitriding, Induction hardening)
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, SPC, MSA,Pareto Charts, Fishbone Diagrams
• CFT member for developing Process flow diagram, control plan, PFMEA and Run@Rate
• Problem Solving by using QRQC, 8D and Six Sigma Methodology.
• Familiar the application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and ISO GPS
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025, NABL Accreditation & HSE management systems
• Experience in EBS, Peoplesoft, MINITAB,WINDCHILL for BOM ECO, PCN and daily work management.
• Calculate Process capability Cp and Cpk, SPC control charts, GRR, Bias, Linearity, Stability
• Managed manufacturing plant Metrology activities, Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) management, quality

assurance in Assembly, Machine Shop, and special process.
