🎯 Job Title: Textile Chemist – Production & Quality 📍 Location: Jaipur / Surana Branch / Mirzapur 🕒 Department: Production / Quality Control / R&D 💰 Salary: ₹3 to ₹5 LPA 📝 About the Role: We are hiring a B.Tech (Textile Chemistry) graduate to join our team at Jaipur Rugs . This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply their chemical and textile knowledge to improve processes, ensure quality, and contribute to sustainable and innovative carpet production. You'll get hands-on experience in dyeing, finishing, and R&D. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Assist in dyeing, printing, and finishing of yarns and rugs. Help monitor and improve dyeing recipes for better color accuracy and durability. Work with the production team to optimize processes and reduce wastage . Conduct lab tests for shade matching, color fastness, and chemical stability . Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards . Support R&D in developing eco-friendly dyeing techniques . Coordinate with design and QC teams for product consistency .
