Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain and update the laboratory's quality system according to ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements.
Conduct analytical tests and ensure accuracy, reliability, and validity of results.
Assist with administrative tasks to maintain smooth laboratory operations.
Obtain and renew laboratory certifications, handle audits, and maintain compliance documentation.
Implement and monitor QA/QC programs and assignments.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Train, guide, and support laboratory staff on quality practices and compliance.
Promote good customer service practices by ensuring timely and reliable delivery of results.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ISO systems with a proven track record of implementation in laboratories.
Familiarity with NABL accreditation processes.
Hands-on experience with GC (Gas Chromatography) and HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage audits, documentation, and continuous quality improvement.
Experience in lab testing, quality management, and laboratory workflow.
