Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO, ISO 9001, or other relevant standards
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and reports to identify trends and drive improvements
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to quality issues
Conduct training and awareness programs on quality standards and procedures for employees
Prepare documentation for quality certifications and audits
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Manage supplier quality and oversee supplier audits and assessments
Drive a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization

Qualifications:

Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related roles
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, root cause analysis)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and training abilities
Experience with internal and external audits
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field; certifications like CQE, Lead Auditor preferred
