Job Description

Implement and sustain IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 based management systems.
Develop, update, and control Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats.
Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
Lead risk assessment and mitigation (Risk Matrix, FMEA-based approaches).
Prepare and execute Internal Audits as per schedule.
Coordinate External Audits (ISO, IATF, customer audits).
Track and close non-conformities (NCs) within the defined timeline.
Maintain an audit calendar, audit reports, and evidence records.
Ensure system compliance for APQP / PPAP documentation.
Review Control Plans, FMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, MSA, SPC studies.
Ensure PPAP submission formats follow AIAG guidelines.
Manage document control and change management in line with QMS standards.
Ensure all departments follow controlled documents.
Maintain digital/physical archives of QMS records.
Conduct QMS training for all employees.
Improve awareness on process control, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and competency.
Support system-related customer communications, audits, and portal uploads.
Evaluate supplier QMS compliance and help improve supplier performance.
Drive Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving (8D), mistake-proofing programs.
Promote process standardization and system discipline.
Prepare monthly QMS performance reports.
Maintain metrics on audits, NC closures, training, documentation status, etc.
