Role & responsibilities

Overall responsibility for implementing and reviewing the Quality and Food Safety Management System as per FSSC, FSSAI,BIS and QMS.

Drive Plant Certification Programs -FSSAI, FSSC,BIS and to ensuring and comply with all the relevant statutory legal requirements and compliance like FSSAI,PCB.

To ensure all the products conform to the Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) specifications through assurance of process from supply chain to consumer.

Responsibility for adherence to RCPL guidelines and requirements in the process of manufacturing, to ensure conformance to specification of the finished goods leaving the plant.

Responsibility for implementation of consumer response programs. Monitor and continuous improvement in customer complaints, RCA and CAP closure.

Direct responsibility for implementation of an effective Internal Audit Programe. Conduct plant internal audits GMP,GHP, GLP,MRM and other Food Safety Program.

Direct responsibility for developing an environment assessment and accountability programs and implementing in coordination with EHS coordinator.

Direct responsibility for product identification and traceability.

Periodic process risk assessment and compliance management

Direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining the GMPand GHK and FSSAI norms at plant . Educating the staff and workmen regarding the effect & impact of microbiological contamination and hazards regular hygienic round of the plant and report any deviation in GMP

Managing laboratory operations with calibrated equipment and conducting performance qualifications of the equipment as per the frequencies

Coordinated with cross-functional departmental for smooth functioning of manufacturing process

Administered internal quality audits and recorded discrepancies, deviations, change controls, CAPA, and various others

Monitoring of Pest Management activities.
