Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Quality Management Representative. The Quality Management Representative will be responsible for managing complaints, ensuring quality management processes are followed, conducting quality audits, and ensuring quality assurance. The role also involves maintaining documentation related to quality processes and audits.

Qualifications

• Skills in Complaint Management and Documentation
• Experience in Quality Management, Quality & ISO Auditing
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes, 5 S, Kaizen
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Relevant certifications or additional training in quality management are a plus
