Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive engineering and quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that quality processes are implemented effectively for D&IS SIG, making a significant impact on tender quality and project success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with tender teams, quality teams, and other cross-functional groups to ensure timely delivery of quality-related inputs, actively participate in tender lifecycle reviews (TLW, TDR, QCDP), and much more.You’ll specifically take care of coordinating the capture of Return of Experience (REX) during the tender phase, but also ensure adherence to tender processes and checklists.We’ll look to you for:
- Interfacing with tender teams and quality teams to ensure timely inputs related to quality activities.
- Active participation in TLW, TDR, and QCDP processes.
- Ensuring tender processes and checklists are followed consistently.
- Coordinating the capture of REX during the tender phase.
- Collaborating with tender teams and project/engineering quality teams for tender-related inputs.
- Providing inputs related to Quality Metier, including workload, FTE requirements, and Quality Plans, to the tender team.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialisation in ECE, EEE, Mechanical, or related fields.
- 8-12 years of experience in the Railways or Aerospace domain.
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate high levels of leadership.
- Experience or understanding of quality processes in tender phases.
- Knowledge of tender lifecycle processes and quality methodologies.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
