Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to ensure that our products meet established quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining product excellence throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and test materials, components, and products for conformance to specifications. Conduct visual and measurement tests using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; input data into quality databases. Communicate quality issues to the production team and suggest corrective actions. Perform inspection audits and quality checks at different stages of the production process. Maintain clean and organized inspection areas in compliance with safety standards. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Diploma. Inspection such as final,in-process,incoming need to be done. Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems. Basic excel and computer skills. Understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
