Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead our quality team in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automobile manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, managing quality control processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. - Identify and mitigate quality risks in the manufacturing process. 2. Quality Control and Assurance: - Manage quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and certification. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. 3. Continuous Improvement: - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce defects, and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements. 4. Team Management: - Lead and motivate a team of quality professionals, including inspectors, auditors, and engineers. - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge. 5. Supplier Quality Management: - Develop and implement supplier quality management processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and reduce defects. 6. Customer Complaints and Feedback: - Manage customer complaints and feedback related to quality issues. - Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry. 3. Skills: - Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO/TS 16949. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
