We're seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team in the automobile manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial support to the management team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Record-Keeping: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 2. Financial Reporting: - Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and budget variance reports. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. 3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. - Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and receivable. 4. Financial Analysis: - Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. - Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. 5. Compliance and Audit: - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards. - Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. 6. Financial Planning: - Assist in preparing financial plans and budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis. - Provide financial support to the management team in making informed business decisions. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. - Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or SAP. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
