Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Location: Aluva (Pukkattuppady,Angamaly)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Additional professional qualifications preferred)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting activities related to internal and external beneficiaries, including transfer entries, returns, replacements, and credit notes.
• Manage warehouse accounting and receivables, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
• Maintain and control petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
• Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of accounts in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for account-related clarifications.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in Warehouse Accounting / Receivables.

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of MS Navision / SAP.
• Expert in MS Excel.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Comfortable with Internet and E-mail communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in warehouse or inventory-related accounting.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
