Job Description

Lead the Quality Department and ensure garments meet company & buyer standards. Develop and implement quality control processes and SOPs. Monitor quality at all stages – fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing. Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections to minimize defects. Train and guide QC/QA teams on quality standards and defect identification. Handle buyer inspections, third-party audits, and compliance requirements. Analyze defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Maintain MIS reports and quality documentation. Coordinate with production, merchandising, and management teams for quality improvements. Graduate / Diploma in Textile, Apparel, or related field. 8–12 years of experience in garment quality, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of AQL standards, 4-point system, and garment manufacturing processes. Experience handling domestic and export buyers preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel & documentation.
