Duty Timing: 12 Hours Shift

Salary:

• Fresher: ₹17,000 per month (Take Home)
• Experienced Candidates: Salary Negotiable Based on Experience

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Quality Executive for our iron manufacturing unit in Erode. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and maintaining quality standards as per company and industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections during production.
• Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
• Document and report quality issues and non-conformities.
• Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
• Support in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist with quality audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain daily reports, quality checklists, and test records.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of quality control methods.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings (if required).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
