Job Description

As a dimensional inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection of machined and other parts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting dimensional inspections using Micrometre, Vernier, and Dial Bore Gauge with experience in measuring dimensions in Microns. - Utilizing Height gauge, Surface plate, and Angle plate for inspections. - Demonstrating knowledge in Calibration, Measurement analysis, Non Destructive testing (Radiography, LPT, Helium leak test), and Physical/Chemical testing of materials. - Understanding the Painting Process and being aware of various BIS and other standards for Sampling Plan and materials. - Conducting in-process and final product inspection of Engineering Products, including third-party inspection of final products. - Applying reasoning capability to contribute to solving quality issues. - Preferred knowledge in 7QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, and proficiency in Xcel, Word, and PPT. Additionally, the company is located in Navi Mumbai - 400701, Maharashtra, and the job type is Full-time, Contractual/Temporary with a Day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. Reliability in commuting or willingness to relocate before starting work is required.,
