As an Executive in MSTG at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, your primary responsibility involves executing technology transfers to Sun/CMO sites, overseeing scale-up processes, exhibit batches planning, and process validation. This requires effective planning and efficient utilization of resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery. You will be responsible for various documentation tasks including the preparation of new production introduction forms, scale-up reports, reviewing Sun/CMO Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), developing sampling plans, process validation (PV) protocols, User Requirement Specification (URS) preparation, and Dashboard preparation. It is essential to ensure that products are manufactured and stored in compliance with relevant documentation to achieve the desired quality standards. Additionally, your role includes reviewing and providing comments on Master Formulae (MF), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Risk Assessments (RA), and protocols such as Sampling plans and Process Validation protocols to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also be involved in handling and supporting troubleshooting batches for data comparison and root cause investigation at Sun/CMO sites, investigating product troubleshooting, and overseeing timely packing operations. Furthermore, you are required to monitor and conduct pre-checks on equipment planned for use in scale-up, exhibit, and process validation batches, including equipment preparation, vial washing and dehydrogenation, Clean-in-Place/Sterilize-in-Place (CIP/SIP) systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and various instruments. Your role also involves supervising and conducting skid trials to enhance product development, improve processes, and address potential manufacturing constraints effectively.,

1.Should know the Incoming quality control lab process in any EMS industry 2.Good knowledge about sampling plan and IQC control plan 3.Should know about inventory management and ageing control. 4-.Have knowledge about conduct MRB meeting for rejection 5.Should know prepare the SOP & SIP and LRR. 6.Familiar with smartphones and process 7.should know about 5s/ESD/7QC tools knowledge 8.Should know the yield and production basic knowledge 9.Need manpower handling near 30x operators 10.Need strong knowledge on supplier quality process in EMS industry 11.Familiar to handle the suppliers domestic and international. 12.Strong knowledge about the 4m analysis and review the FACA 13.should know about 5s/ESD/7QC tools knowledge 14.Skill in yield and production process in EMS 15.Strong knowledge on vendor escalation and get corrective action 16.must know about handle lot rejection and cost claim process 17.Should know about prepare the LFR data and monitoring Skills : Good Communication Good Organization & Prioritization

Job Objective: To assure the Incoming Quality teams, and management that the Plant Quality Management System is in place and is capable of meeting Avaada Plants Quality Requirements Consistently. Role & responsibilities: Job Responsibility: 1. Perform the QA Operations as per the following Avaada Quality Policy, QA Policies and Procedures: Overall Responsibility of Daily IQC & SQA activity. Inspection of In-coming Quality Control (IQC) as per the Standards. Maintain plant equipment calibration as per requirement. Handling a team in IQC department and supervising their work. Special observation of new sample material & new vendor material for build-up purpose New vendor development. Vendor Evaluation Respond to supplier for complaints related to raw material& identify areas of improvement. Ensuring that all the processes have met with the IEC Standard. ISO Documentations documentation & implementation. Developing and providing Daily & Monthly data (MIS) and Quality improvements. Implementation of 7QC tools, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action), Kaizen Tools,5s etc. Weekly & Monthly technical training to all operators & technicians. 2. Operational Process: - a. Equipment Resourcing: Identify, Plan, and Deploy quality equipment as per requirements in all shifts. b. Days Planning: Participate shift meeting, Review UD status. c. Plant QA Management System: Review all the check sheet & Criteria updated. 3.QA daily Performance Review, Improvement, and Weekly Reporting a. Daily review and circulate MIS report. b. Review and circulate quarterly & monthly MIS. c. Conduct training and assessment as per plan. Preferred candidate profile: Qualification & Certification Required: Bachelors degree or Diploma in engineering. Experience 6-10 years. Back end Quality audit and feedback to stake holders. Make the trend chart of line performance. OBA Audit, packing and dispatch audit & FQA clearance. Perform Container QC. Hi Pot & Sun simulator calibration, Back-end process graph trend and trend analysis. Caried out the Customer PDI and Arrange the customer documents and inspection as per Customer requirement.
