• 8+ years of professional experience in UI and API test automation (Playwright is must).
• Should be able to lead entire Ford team (Proven team handling is required)
• Proven hands-on expertise with Playwright, including test automation for end-to-end (E2E), integration, and performance testing.
• Experience with visual and snapshot testing for UI validation.
• Demonstrated experience leading accessibility testing initiatives using automated tools.
• Strong grasp of QA methodologies, test case documentation best practices, and release lifecycle management.
• Proficient in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in modern development workflows.
• Solid understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices.
• In-depth knowledge of software QA tools, processes, and testing strategies.
• Familiarity with both object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming principles.
• Practical experience working in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Good understanding of the code review process and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with at least intermediate-level proficiency in spoken English.
