Job Description

Chassis Line:Check chassis assembly steps for correct parts and processes. Inspect welding, torque, and alignment of key components. Report and fix any defects found during assembly. Work with production and engineering teams to solve quality issues. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):Perform final checks on completed buses before they are delivered. Inspect overall build, safety features, electricals, and fluids. Make sure all customer and legal requirements are met. Ensure a defect-free vehicle is sent for delivery. Other Duties:Keep records of inspections and defects. Help improve quality systems and processes. Support audits and customer visits when needed.
