Role & responsibilities

To maintain all the records of Quality process.
Overall responsible for Material Inward Inspection, in process Inspection and Pre Dispatch inspection.
To solve critical problems by taking corrective and preventive actions.
Customers feedback, Customer site visiting for complaint analysis, incoming and in process discrepancies, complaint data analysis and vendor evaluation.
To prepare the work & safety instructions, SOPs for each and every section of the plant processes.
To monitor the Module manufacturing process and maintain quality as per quality management systems and plans.
To prepare the Work instructions, Quality Manual and SOP.
Planning of dispatch actively participate for the development of plant setup.
Actively participate & provide training to the workers for Continual Improvement.
In process inspection during assembly, manufacturing the various models & parts.
Knowledge and experience of various certifications like ISO 9001:2015, like ISO14001, 16001, 18001 OHSAS etc.
Knowledge of SAP software, (PP Module and QP Module) making of Production Order, Dispatch Clearance, MIGO Issue, MIGO Receipt, Stock Transfer and Production Charge Off etc.
Ability to demonstrate the Core Values of Jakson - Integrity, Customer Centricity, Innovation, Team work and Care, in all aspects of work.
