Handling Quality Department – Blue collar team and provide them training

on daily basis for enhance their skill to overcome rejection , customer

complaint, all Quality related issue and guide them inspect part as per

sampling plan and control plan in dock audit area.

➢ Responsible for blue collar skill level eluatuion and given them training on

regular basis .

➢ Prepare PPAP sample and PPAP documents submitted to EDD department

as per plan.

➢ Responsible for red bin analysis through quality control tools with various

departments CFT team to avoid customer complaint and maintain rejection

target.

➢ Manage and control all quality management activities according to identified

quality assurance standards, internal procedures, customer specifications, and

contract requirements.

➢ Responsible for maintaining rejection, production , FTR Target and zero

customer complaint internal & external.

➢ Prepare daily MIS analysis data report . And daily material hold report at

quality dock CS1 area with counter measure (6w2h) record all responsible

department and inform to all related HOD through mail.

➢ Responsible for every order confirmation ( QST,MST,RST ) in SAP system

and prepare dock audit report every part shift wise .

➢ Participate in Daily Gemba walk on cell as per schedule Lean management

an maintained shop floor as per lean management requirements.

➢ Maintained daily CMM record as per part schedule and calibration records

of instruments and gauges with (IQC department engineer).

➢ Prepare PDIR report as per invoice material on daily basis and hand over to

eb4 department and customer.

➢ Participate in daily TPM activities with all senior of various departments .

➢ Prepare layout inspection report as per schedule , product and process audit

report.

➢ Handling Quality related internal complaints from EB4 department with

action plan and target date. And responsible for EB4 return material for re

inspection process and reprinting.

➢ Responsible for implementation of lean management on shop floor with the

help of other departments and maintain lean audit score as per Target .

➢ Participate in internal weekly kaizen meting and best kaizen which are done

from other departments rewards from HOD implementation in our working

area and encourage quality blue collar team suggest one kaizen in one week.

➢ Prepare process validation record as per schedule.

➢ Participate in daily shift wise training that organized by various departments
