Quality Engineer

Job Summary

The Inward Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials and components, identifying defects, and collaborating with suppliers to implement corrective actions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incoming Inspection: Conduct inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Defect Identification: Identify defects, document findings, and report to management.

3. Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to implement corrective actions and improve quality.

4. Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and supplier performance.

5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

6. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

2. Experience: Minimum 1--2 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in power electronics or lighting manufacturing.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
