Quality Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer, located in Pune. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance protocols, and ensuring product quality meets company standards. Daily tasks include conducting quality inspections, analyzing data to identify quality issues, and developing and implementing quality management strategies to enhance product quality. The engineer will work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Control
• Experience in Quality Assurance practices and methodologies
• Competency in maintaining and improving Product Quality
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or heavy engineering industry is a plus
