Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience and a strong background in quality assurance, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality systems and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with quality control software and tools is an asset.
