Quality Controller / Manager

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive / QC Manager

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: Garment Export Unit

Reporting to: Quality Head / General Manager

1. QC Executive – Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inline and final inspections during all stages of production.

- Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, quality standards & AQL levels.

- Identify and report defects or deviations during production.

- Maintain daily inspection reports and quality records.

- Coordinate with stitching/factory teams for immediate corrections.

- Check fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, and finishing.

- Assist in buyer inspections and final audits.

2. QC Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the quality control team and oversee all QC operations.

- Define and implement quality SOPs and inspection systems.

- Manage quality for sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.

- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and compliance teams.

- Handle buyer quality audits/inspections and ensure approvals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,666.66 - ₹50,000.00 per month
