Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist located in Salem. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality standards in the production process. This includes performing quality inspections, implementing quality control measures, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and reviewing processes to ensure compliance with quality management systems. The specialist will also participate in quality audits and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Experience in Quality Management and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Knowledge of Quality Auditing and inspection procedures
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a team and independently
• Familiarity with the textile or garment industry is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
