Quality Control Manager

Job Title: Quality Control Manager Location: S28, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (near Mohan Nagar metro) Key Responsibilities Supervise finishing department operations, including thread cutting, defect removal, and final inspections. Oversee and guide the work of quality assurance personnel. Maintain hourly reporting on quality parameters and production output. Identify defects, ensure corrective measures are implemented, and prevent recurrence. Develop and improve quality control processes to enhance product reliability. Coordinate with production and design teams to align on quality standards. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in export garment houses. Experience in quality checks for backpacks or similar sewn products is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
