📍 Location: Delhi NCR | 🧭 Full-time | 🧵 Industry: Outdoor Gear & Apparel

Tripole Gears is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Purchase and Merchandising Specialist to join our production team. If you’ve worked with soft goods like apparel, bags, or gear—and can balance cost, quality, and timelines while juggling vendors, tech packs, and inventory—this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Manage raw material sourcing and procurement

Continuously scout and onboard better vendors

Maintain and update all design tech packs and BOMs

Oversee procurement of finished goods via limited fabricators

Coordinate with store/dispatch teams for inventory availability

✅ You Should Have

2–5 years’ experience in sourcing, merchandising, or production coordination

Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and vendor development

Strong negotiation and documentation skills

An eye for detail and the ability to work across departments
