Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure product compliance with industry standards
Manage incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations for non-conforming products.
Collaborate with production to minimize defects and optimize process quality.
Develop control plans, sampling procedures, and work instructions for ceramic and carbon candle filter production.
Monitor and improve manufacturing quality KPIs (e.g., defect rate, rework, scrap).
Ensure adherence to applicable environmental, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain traceability and documentation for critical processes and product batches.
Supervise and train QC technicians and inspectors.
Schedule daily activities, inspections, and calibration of measuring equipment.
Oversee laboratory testing of filter performance (e.g., flow rate, pore size, contaminant removal efficiency).
Maintain proper functioning of test equipment including flow testers, porometers, and microbiological testing setups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
